When will my order Ship?

In stock and Personalized items will ship in 3-5 business days. Please refer to product page for addition shipping information.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery speeds are shown at time of checkout. Please note delivery speed does not include Production time. Production time can be 2-5 business days.

These times are approximate and during the holiday season production and shipping times may be longer.

Once the shipping carrier is in possession of package we have no control over the delivery time.

If you need your item sooner please upgrade shipping and send us a message so we can try to assist.

What is your Exchange Policy?

Since all our products are custom-made, refunds or replacements are only provided in the case of damage or defects upon receipt of the product(s). To process a refund or replacement, we'll need either photographic evidence or for the product(s) to be returned to us.

Once your refund or replacement request is approved, you'll receive an email notification. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days upon approval. If a replacement is approved, we'll promptly create and ship the replacement product(s) to you.

If you haven't received your refund within the specified time frame, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Sometimes, there may be delays in the posting of refunds. If after 7-10 business days from approval your refund hasn't been posted, feel free to reach out to us at info@cacklencoo.com

What is your Return Policy

Our return policy extends for a period of 20 days from the date of shipment. If 20 days have elapsed since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the original tags attached. We accept returns for regular priced items that are not personalized or labeled as special order items.

Please note that personalized items are exempt from our standard return policy, except in cases of manufacturer defects.

Additionally, Special Order Items, are not eligible for returns.

Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.

International purchases are considered final sale due to the high cost of shipping for our international customers.

We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. As our products are custom-made to your specifications, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we begin crafting your item(s), and cancellations may no longer be possible.

In the unfortunate event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase upon receipt due to damage or defects, we offer refunds or replacements. Simply provide us with photographic evidence of the issue or arrange to return the product(s) to us.

Once your refund request is approved, you'll receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

Our production process begins promptly after an order is placed, which means there's a limited window for modifications or cancellations. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we may not always be able to make changes once production has started. However, feel free to reach out to us to inquire about the status of your order and see if any adjustments are still possible.

If your order is eligible for cancellation or modification, we'll gladly assist you. If not, you can still return the item once it's delivered to you.

Regrettably, only one promo code can be utilized per purchase, as per our system's limitations.
